Use
Thai Kratom can be dissolved in water, tea can be made from it, and it can be chewed or smoked. For best results, it is advisable to take Kratom on an empty stomach.

Dissolve in water:
Kratom has a slightly bitter taste and doesn’t really dissolve easily in water. If you plan to take Kratom with water, it is best to take a sip of water first and keep it in your mouth. Put half the dose in a spoon, take it and rinse immediately with another drink of water.

Tea preparation:
